  • It is duty of the clients to check visa and entry requirements; any international vaccinations required prior to departure
  • Passport should be valid beyond six months of period of stay.
  • UAE visa has to be valid beyond three months of period of stay.
  • Check-in at the hotels is 1600 hours or later and Check-out is 1200 hours. During month of Ramadan these time may change.
  • No reservation are held at the time of quoting and are subject to final confirmation.
  • Prices are valid for limited period and are subject to review.
  • Accommodation in higher category rooms are available at an additional cost and are subject to availability.
  • Most hotels rooms have option of twin beds and or King size beds.
  • Interconnecting rooms are on request and normally confirmed only at the time of Check-in.
  • Hotel standards vary in different parts of the world thus a particular may have varying presentation and facilities in different places
  • Price quoted do not include local taxes, visa charges, insurance and any personal items or any item not specifically not mentioned under inclusions.
  • Cancelation/amendment policies apply as intimated by your consultant at the time of booking. As once services are booked and confirmed we are liable to pay penalties. All cancelation should be intimated to us in writing by way of letter, fax, or email 72 hours prior.
  • Passengers 12 years and above is considered as adult.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to hike in hotel tariff and airline prices. Peak season surcharge would apply when in force.
  • We highly recommend Shari`ah travel insurance to be take prior to departure to guard you against un-desired expenses and / or loses.
  • Flights should be locally reconfirmed by clients 72 hours prior to their departure.
  • Tickets issued along with package are non-refundable, non-re routable and non-endorsable to other airlines.
  • Your Baggage and personal belongings are your responsibility while travelling at all times.
  • Your flight may not be direct and may stop or require a changeover of aircraft en route.
  • In case of loss of a passport or any other document while in the custody of Mishkaat, the liability of Mishkaat shall be restricted only to the Re-imbursement of official fees charged by the relevant passport authority or document issuing authority for the replacement of lost / damaged passport or documents through the normal application procedure.
  • Passports or any other documents will not be delivered on Friday, Saturday and on any other Public holidays.
  • Mishkaat herein called the “the travel agents” acts only as agent for the person or companies providing accommodation, transport or other services, herein called “services providers”. We issue all vouchers, tickets or other documents on the service provider’s terms and conditions. Client acknowledges that neither the “travel agent” or its subsidiaries, affiliated branches, retails agents or servants shall be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay, to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly or by “force majeure” or other events beyond the “Travel agents” control including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, pilferage, delays, severe weather, act of god, act of government, accidents to or failure of machinery, equipment, vehicle or industrial disputes. The “Travel agent” shall not be liable for or responsible to, any tour member in event of dissatisfaction based on personal opinion regarding the standard of services or accommodation provided by any “Services provider” nor liable or responsible for any disappointment, distress, lack of enjoyment, arising from act of omission whatsoever. The “travel agent” will only acknowledge liability in the case of proven justified complaints relating to specific and tangible in adequacies of facilities, accommodation or services provided. If there is any cause of concern please bring it to the notice of our local supplier immediately as they occur, for fast resolution. If after returning, you wish to enquire about any services provided please ensure that it is done 14 days following completion of the holiday, failing which no claim may be brought against Mishkaat.
